CIRAS is a confidential help-line widely used in the rail industry available to anyone who feels the need to discreetly report any health, safety or other concerns that they may have.  It is a tool whereby all SES personnel have the facility to raise and discuss any issues or concerns with an independent body that will investigate action and deliver a satisfactory outcome whilst providing anonymity.
