North Lincolnshire re signalling scheme

SES Rail were contracted by Siemens to provide all of their rail mounted plant requirements in conjunction with our Plant Operators Scheme for the North Lincs re-signalling project.

This involved all aspects of work including material delivery, lineside cable installation and the installation of ‘screw’ pile foundation which required the innovative safety features on our plant. These additional safety features where developed and installed by SES to meet the needs of the client.

SES undertook all site visits to ascertain the plant and equipment required, the access and egress points to be used. SES Rail, then compiled all the required paperwork and lift plans. In addition to this, SES provided all plant, equipment and staff required including plant operators, crane controllers and POS supervisors.

SES where able to respond at short notice to any change in the clients requirements and advise on the best solutions to ensure all works where carried out safely and cost effectively.
